I use a combination of therapies including Brainspotting, Accelerated Resourcing, somatic therapies, parts work and the Safe and Sound Protocol to access the subconscious and work with your brain and body’s natural healing mechanisms. Unlike approaches that focus primarily on changing behaviors or overcoming obstacles, I help you learn to read your internal landscape better and navigate based on who you authentically are. It's not about fixing what's "wrong" with you—it's about recognizing limitations that keep you stuck and developing new pathways forward.
While talking is involved, these approaches bypass the “thinking” part of the brain and don’t require you to retell and relive painful stories. We’ll go straight to the source of what’s keeping you disconnected, reactive, or stuck, and begin to heal it at the root.
